Please choose the size of finished picture that you require

Your finished item can be left with square corners if going in a frame, or it can have rounded corners if being left unframed.

Please upload the highest quality image that you have available. We recommend a file size of at least 1Mb (most cameras and smartphones will create an image larger than this). Pictures compressed by programs such as Facebook, Twitter and Whats App may be too low a quality, we will contact you if this is the case.
Try to avoid images that are lacking in contrast or have a subject with clothes of the same colour as the background, again we will contact you if there is an issue with this.
To best fit we may have to crop your image to make it look better.

Please write EXACTLY what you require engraved on your order, up to 50 characters. We will scale it to fit neatly in the space available.
For photo engraved items we recommend that you keep text to a minimum so as not to detract from the picture. Text is normally placed underneath the picture, please let us know if you want it anywhere else by adding your instructions in the further comments field.

Please accept that any personalised item is custom made using natural materials. There may be some difference in the finished item and it may not look exactly like the picture on the website.
It is your responsibility to make sure that any message or greeting that you supply is correct as regards spelling and punctuation. If we notice any errors we will check with you before engraving the item.
We accept no returns or refunds on items with errors unless the errors are made by us. If the error is ours we will remake the item or refund as required.
